The cheapest cell phone subscription from Scarlet is the Red subscription. This includes 150 min., 1000 SMS and 0.5 GB or 1.5 GB of data. The price varies between 8 and 13 euros per month. Scarlet uses the same network as Proximus and can therefore provide 4G network in almost all of Flanders. You can easily book extra data volume if needed and you can roam within the EU.
